simpleschematic is a browser-based tool for creating AV system schematic diagrams. The Service allows you to create, edit, store, and export professional diagrams for audiovisual installations.

The Service operates on a monthly subscription basis. All payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as our merchant of record.

Subscriptions are billed monthly
You may cancel your subscription at any time
Paddle's terms of service apply to all payment transactions
Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We store your diagrams securely in the cloud and take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIMPLESCHEMATIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
